  Great performance center for adults and kids alike. The staff is very knowledgable and the owner Kevin is a wealth of information. You can tell he stays on top of the latest research for performance and injury prevention. I have worked with Kevin for many years. When I was younger, he helped me achieve results I am sure nobody else could. Because of his approach of treating each athlete with an individualized program, instead of the typical boilerplate approach at other centers. After my formal athletic career he has helped me come back from multiple shoulder surgeries that happened from work. Thanks Kevin for getting me to a higher level that PT alone could not.
